We've been listening. Thanks to your valuable feedback, what began as an inspirational and educational blog celebrating stunning modern cottages designed by talented architects from across the U.S. has evolved in an exciting new direction. While we once had to answer "no" to the question, "Do you sell home plans?" we're eager to turn the page and introduce a new chapter.

Next month, we'll unveil Split, our debut 2,170-square-foot house plan, available in three styles: Contemporary, Modern Farmhouse, and Modern Shingle. Each design is thoughtfully crafted with today's modern lifestyle in mind, offering customizable options, detailed specifications, and a range of features.

Why this shift? We recognize that designing a home can be daunting—with countless decisions to make, from selecting an architect to finalizing layouts and choosing materials. Our thoughtfully crafted plans aim to simplify the process, provide peace of mind, save time and money, and demonstrate that good design is accessible to everyone. After all, good design matters.
